1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nurstargame ("nurstargame," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nurstargame.win. 2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the nurstargame platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of nurstargame or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. nurstargame reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time.

3 Account Registration and Maintenance

To access real-money games and transactions on nurstargame, you must register a player account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one nurstargame account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity information, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nurstargame will close all but the first registered account, and any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nurstargame account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. nurstargame will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All nurstargame accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated for specific promotional events.

3.5 KYC Verification

nurstargame may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("KYC") before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or at any time at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in a suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

nurstargame supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, GrabPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods may be updated periodically at nurstargame's discretion.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are set per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. These limits may be subject to change based on your account verification level and activity history.

4.2 Processing Times

GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to internal review, which may take up to twenty-four (24) hours for standard accounts and longer for accounts pending enhanced due diligence review.

4.3 Own Funds Policy

You may only deposit funds into your nurstargame account from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5 Bonuses and Promotions

nurstargame may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated per promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. The contribution rate per game type is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate than slot games or may be excluded entirely.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been converted to real funds by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.

nurstargame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Players who have accepted a promotion before modification will generally have their existing bonus governed by the terms in effect at the time of acceptance, except where modification is required for regulatory compliance.

6 Gameplay Rules and Technical Provisions

The following rules govern gameplay on the nurstargame platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on nurstargame is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, game-specific rules will prevail in respect of that game's operation.
• RNG Certification: All random number generation (RNG) systems used in nurstargame's non-live-dealer games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Certification reports are maintained as required by PAGCOR. Results are determined at the moment a wager is confirmed and are not subject to alteration.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are broadcast from a certified studio environment. The outcome of physical elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — is determined by physical reality in real time. Video feed latency may vary based on your internet connection but does not affect the game result.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nurstargame platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted:

• Registering or maintaining an account while under the age of 21;
• Using false, borrowed, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) on the platform;
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including fraud, theft, or unauthorized use of another person's payment instrument;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any automated manner;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker formats, or any other game where collusion may confer an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, game logic errors, or payment system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are considered void;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic bonus exploitation designed to extract guaranteed value from promotional offers without genuine gameplay risk;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud as defined under Philippine law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nurstargame staff or other players through the platform's communication channels;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the nurstargame platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

nurstargame is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users. Gambling is intended as entertainment, and nurstargame acknowledges that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors that require intervention and support.

8.1 Available Tools

All nurstargame accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available immediately upon request through account settings or the live chat support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period of up to seven (7) days.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the nurstargame platform — including but not limited to the platform's design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, game assets, text, data compilations, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of nurstargame or is licensed to nurstargame by its game providers and technology partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nurstargame platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without nurstargame's express written consent.

The nurstargame name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary marks. Use of these marks without authorization is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nurstargame and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, updates, force majeure events, telecommunications infrastructure failures, or actions of third parties;
• Inaccuracies in game outcome information displayed due to transmission delay or connection quality issues on the player's end;
• Decisions made by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities that affect the availability of the platform or specific game types.

nurstargame does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

nurstargame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal information is used to manage your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and deliver customer support services.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

nurstargame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• nurstargame is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or applicable Philippine law;
• nurstargame reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to your account;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero or nominal balance;
• You request voluntary closure of your account.

Upon termination, nurstargame will conduct a final account review. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures. Where funds are subject to an active investigation, disbursement will be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

13 Amendments to These Terms

nurstargame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification sent to the address on file, or via an in-account notification displayed upon next login, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate change is required by regulatory mandate.

Your continued use of the nurstargame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your use of the nurstargame platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and nurstargame:

1. First Contact: You should first raise the matter with nurstargame's customer support team via live chat or email. nurstargame will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
2. Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate the complaint through PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channels, as provided in PAGCOR's applicable regulations.
3. Legal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above channels, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section limits PAGCOR's statutory authority to investigate, adjudicate, or impose remedies in respect of complaints filed with it by players against licensees operating under its oversight.
